Lost or found something at the airport? We’ll help you find your property again and offer various ways of notifying us that you have lost or found an item.

General information
The person picking up lost property must present valid photo ID.

If you send another person to pick up your lost property, we need prior authorization by fax, letter or e-mail.

When lost property is picked up or mailed, a processing fee is payable.

We are responsible for lost property on the entire airport property with the exception of taxis, S-Bahn trains, the S-Bahn station waiting area and aircraft.
