Information Services
We offer 24-hour service 365 days a year. Whether you are calling for flight information or need to speak to someone at the terminal – our friendly staff will be happy to provide you with information in several different languages.
Information desks – Locations and opening hours

- Connecting callers (e.g. to airlines)
- Mailing of Munich Airport publications (flight timetables, airport maps, etc.)
- Answering e-mail queries or forwarding to the responsible department
- Receiving and passing on suggestions, complaints and requests
- Accepting and forwarding queries for Meet and Assist Service

Hotel reservations
Do you need overnight accommodation? Then we can help! Passengers and guests at Munich Airport can book hotel rooms 24 hours a day at the Main Information Desk in the Central Area, Level 03. There is plenty of variety, with more than 250 partner hotels to choose from. We regret that we cannot accept reservations by telephone.
