Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am – 12:30 pm
From Monday, May 4, 2020, new opening hours will apply:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Friday: closed
The service points are still open 24/7.
Opening hours Key System Management Office:
Tuesday to Thursday: 9 am – 2 pm

In accordance with the official regulations on the compulsory wearing of masks in Bavarian shops, this obligation to wear masks will also apply to customers of the ID Card Office, service points and Key System Management Office from Monday, 27.04.2020. Please note that access is only permitted with a mouth-and-nose protection.
