Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT)

One of the challenges airports have experienced in successfully opening new facilities has been the lack of adequate testing and remediation ahead of opening to ensure the people, equipment, systems and facilities are operationally ready.

ORAT connects the transition from construction completion to full operational functionality. It ensures that all facilities, systems, and equipment are ready for use, and that staff are trained and fully prepared to operate in the new environment.
