For a pleasant journey

Travelling can be a big challenge – especially for passengers with mobility restrictions (prm - person with reduced mobility). The Mobility Service at Munich Airport helps you on your journey and is free of charge. Please note: The Mobility Service cannot be booked directly. Please inform your travel provider or airline when booking your trip, but no later than 48 hours before departure and indicate your required level of assistance. This will enable us to provide the service to meet your needs.

How the Mobility Service works at Munich Airport

When you arrive at Munich Airport, we kindly ask you to first proceed to the check-in counters of your airline. There, you can:
  • complete your check-in,
  • drop off your luggage,
  • and inform the airline staff about your assistance needs, which you must have already indicated during your booking.

New: Mobility Service Points – Comfortable Waiting with Personal Support

If immediate assistance is not available, you can now make use of our new Mobility Service Points. These specially designed areas offer:
  • comfortable seating,
  • a quiet and pleasant atmosphere,
  • and a dedicated contact person who coordinates your assistance and is available to answer your questions.

The Mobility Service Points are situated near the check-in counters at :

  • Terminal 1, Module B, Level 04
  • Terminal 2, Departure Area, Level 04
