Aerodrome Safety Management Incorporating PANS-Aerodromes


This course equips Safety Managers and SMS practitioners from airport operators, ground handling, aircraft operations, and air traffic services with the skills to implement and sustain an effective Safety Management System. Based on ICAO Doc. 9981 and Annexes 14 & 19, participants will gain practical tools for hazard analysis, safety risk management, and assurance activities.

Safety Occurrence Reporting for Practitioners



ICAO-certified course equips aviation professionals with the skills to manage safety occurrence reporting in line with ICAO Annex 19 and Doc 9859. Designed for personnel from CAAs and service providers involved in SMS/SSP, it also benefits inspectors, pilots, ATCOs, engineers, and safety managers. Participants learn to implement reporting systems, ensure data quality, and transform safety data into actionable insights.

Facilitation


ICAO Annex 9 - Facilitation                      


This ICAO course provides CAA and border control staff with the skills to implement Annex 9 facilitation provisions and develop national programs and committees (NATFP/NATFC). Aimed at middle management in customs, immigration, health, and related agencies, it also benefits airport and airline facilitation managers. Participants learn to interpret legal frameworks, manage passenger data systems, and draft a National Air Transport Facilitation Programme.

Aviation Law



This course equips representatives from Civil Aviation Administrations, Authorities, Airports, and ANSPs with essential knowledge of international air law. Participants - whether legally trained or not - learn to understand and apply legal frameworks relevant to aviation safety, security, liability, and air transport agreements. The course supports their role in ensuring compliance and improving implementation within their national aviation systems.

Training Competency Development



This course equips civil aviation professionals with the skills to develop standardized, competency-based training packages aligned with ICAO Doc 9941. Through practical modules, participants learn to conduct analyses, design curricula and modules, and validate training effectiveness. Ideal for course developers, instructors, and training managers seeking to elevate aviation education.

Training Competency Development



This course equips instructors with the skills to deliver competency-based training in line with the ICAO Adapted Instructor Competency Model. Participants will learn to prepare courses using checklists, apply instructional competencies during classroom sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness. The course includes four modules: Introduction, Preparation, Delivery, and Evaluation. It targets aviation instructors, professionals, and subject matter experts seeking to enhance or refresh their teaching capabilities.
