Safety
This course equips Safety Managers and SMS practitioners from airport operators, ground handling, aircraft operations, and air traffic services with the skills to implement and sustain an effective Safety Management System. Based on ICAO Doc. 9981 and Annexes 14 & 19, participants will gain practical tools for hazard analysis, safety risk management, and assurance activities.
Safety
ICAO-certified course equips aviation professionals with the skills to manage safety occurrence reporting in line with ICAO Annex 19 and Doc 9859. Designed for personnel from CAAs and service providers involved in SMS/SSP, it also benefits inspectors, pilots, ATCOs, engineers, and safety managers. Facilitation
This ICAO course provides CAA and border control staff with the skills to implement Annex 9 facilitation provisions and develop national programs and committees (NATFP/NATFC).
