April 2025 - From 30 March until 04 April 2025, the Munich AirportAcademy had the privilege of hosting aviation professionals from Taiwan, Dubai, Greece, Guinea, Thailand, and Qatar for an intensive week of learning, exchange, and practical training in Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT).
The comprehensive 5-days training program addressed key ORAT components, including:
- ORAT framework and stakeholder engagement
- Training needs analysis and familiarization planning
- Design and execution of trial programs
- Transfer strategies and contingency planning
Participants engaged in interactive sessions each day, allowing for in-depth exploration of the topics. The program concluded with group presentations of tailored ORAT project concepts, developed collaboratively throughout the week.
