July 2024 - In June the Munich AirportAcademy welcomed ten airport professionals from the "Qatar National Talent Development Program (ENJAZ)". This three-week training program was designed and delivered in close collaboration with Munich Airport International (MAI) and various departments across the airport group to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed for their future leadership roles in the aviation industry.

The training for the ENJAZ talents from Qatar offered a mix of theoretical instruction and practical experience, helping them deepn their knowledge of Airport Management. Participants gained comprehensive insight into various areas such as:

Program highlights also featured innovative solutions from Munich Airport’s Passenger Experience and Commercial divisions. Participants experienced firsthand how the snack robot and car-sharing concepts operate, and how the InfoGate system enhances the overall passenger experience.

The collaboration and mutual knowledge exchange between the 5-star airports MUC and DOH was highly appreciated by both sides.
