Aufgaben, die begeistern

MAI's IT and digitization strategy

  • Further development and implementation of MAI’s IT and digitization strategy in line with the MAI group strategy
  • Plan and implement strategic measures for the continuous improvement of the IT environment, the digitization of relevant business processes and the optimization of collaboration and data exchange within the group
  • Regular reporting to MAI management about strategy implementation status


Management IT of MAI

  • Central contact person for all IT management topics within the MAI group and its affiliated companies
  • Management and continuous optimization and adjustment of the MAI IT hardware and software environment
  • IT Cyber Security Management for MAI Group
  • MAI IT Budget Control
  • Monitoring and control of external IT service providers
  • Management of interfaces and contracts with FMG IT Service Department and establish and manage a governance with FMG IT Department
  • Independent planning, control, and implementation of projects for the introduction of new or the renewal of existing IT applications and hardware within MAI and its subsidiaries
  • Project-related collaboration with FMG Group IT Service Department and external service providers including the management of requirements, service level agreements budget, procurement and contracts.
  • Manage interfaces with MAI’s subsidiaries’ IT departments


MAI Consulting Support

  • Support the digitalization of existing consulting services and their implementation in close cooperation with the Heads of Competence and Project Managers
  • Support Business Development activities for which IT and digitalization know how and expertise are required
  • Leading or participating in consulting or management projects contributing with IT and digitalization know how in the areas of strategy, corporate development and change management

Qualifikationen, die zählen

  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT management or computer science or engineering, with minimum 5 years of experience in IT management and implementation of IT and digitalization projects, preferably in an international and corporate environment
  • Experience with implantation and administration responsibility of MS 365 platform, Marketing Applications, VPN Applications, Cyber Security Frameworks (ISO27001),  work time management applications
  • Resilient and target driven professional with strong ability to prioritize and assign resources to execute tasks in an effective manner, taking concise decisions within the given levels of authorization
  • Inspiring project leader with strong interpersonal skills, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Above average conflict-management skills with strong customer service skills
  • Get-things-done attitude with highly motivated personality
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with customer oriented mindset
  • Profound knowledge in project management and multi-project management techniques
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Certified clean police record for airport pass application and police background check
